I think that in our future the world will be polluted and people will have to wear masks and use oxygen tanks. I think that there will be more technology and different ways to communicate with family and friends. I think there will be new ways of transportation but there might be bad for the environment which people should change. To me I feel like there won't be peace and equality there's not much now everything just seems to be going downhill it's different to see what future you want then to see the reality because the reality right now is that the racism and the world is not peaceful or has it been and the future is looking the same or worse. I want a future where it's ok to be yourself and no one judges you because of the way you are the color of your skin the way you want to be shouldn't matter. I want the world to be changed in my future.

As an artist i developed skills i had never used or made anything with wire. When i first started i had no idea what to make so i just went with it and just started building it up. I feel like if i did another art work with wire i would be better at it because i learned to not put too much pressure on the wire or it will bend easily and undo the shape i wanted.
As an artist i engaged and persist once i figured out what i wanted to actually make. It started going in my head and take shape and i knew what i wanted to make it is just now taking shape but i can't wait to finish and see how it turns out. As an artist i explored like i said i never did anything with wire the only thing i remember with wire is when i found a piece outside one day and just played with it. Since i didn't have any idea of what to make i played with it until i had an idea. I think me Exploring new items to work with help me have way more of an opened mind because when i looked for ideas i saw so many new things that looked so awesome i want to explore more and make new things. As an artist i envisioned i saw the leaves on the trees everything i had around me and used it to create something in my mind to create a new piece of art i knew this had to be temporary so i wanted to do something that would at least last a little longer than a month. As an artist i expressed my mind and observed i feel like i have to have space to come up with new ideas. So i was waiting to go home and i always mark the floor with my foot and i started doing more and i noticed how it looked so i took a picture of it and wanted to combine my work before so that is what i did although my work is not done i want to finish. I came back to my earth art to find it how it's shown above. I knew it would change alot because in the process of making it there was so much wind it would barely stayed. i think the main thing that could have changed it was the enviornment the wind and rain. There was nothing blocking the leafs from the wind. I think it was pretty good though it was what i expected it to look like in a month.
As an artist i developed skills with the Exacto-Knife i have actually used one before but didn't really learn to control my movement without i would try to cut straight but it would come out slanted but i learned that it might not come out exactly how you want it just keep going with it.
As an artist i engaged and persist, I learned to turn a little problem i don't want to call a mistake because its turned out to help me. I messed up while cutting the base i actually had a different base which i messed up on when i tried it out it kept tipping over since it was only one peak it gave me the idea to cut out the base so that it had three peaks so that it would be balanced. As an artist i explored different designs and possibilities to use parts of cups people didn't use so i used the bottom base of the smaller cup and cut it out into triangles and skipped each one then combined them all and with what was left i started to cut out circles to apply to the small structures you see on the whole it self. The fun theory is the theory that if you make a normal task fun it will distract you enough to make you forget it's something you don't like to do. Such as walking up the stairs no one wants to do it because they have to carry stuff or too tired or lazy to do it. What if they change the stairs into a piano so when you walk up it's just music and you distract yourself from walking to paying attention to the noise you hear. You then get curious so you keep going and then before you know it you want to keep doing it because it isn't boring. You're not just walking up a flight of stairs you're making music while you do it. It's amusing to see because they go back down and start playing like if there kids once again and the kids are so excited to make the music while they go.
If i could redesign a unpleasant boring task into one that is more fun i would redesign taking boring plain notes. I would redesign it into making a drawing about each specific note to memorize easier. Such as if you are talking about cells in class what better to do then draw each part of it out if you remember what each looks like as a whole instead of trying to force your brain into remembering a whole class of notes about each one you would just have to remember how it looked and another picture of what it reminds you about. I really like this video it's so inspiring. He used something that he thought was something stopping him from making art to using it to his advantage and making amazing art pieces and opening his mind up and being more creative stuff that looked amazing. Even when he gave up his dream he ended up embracing the shake in his hand and that opened up so much in him. Now he comes up with so many things not over thinking just going with the flow of his thoughts. i feel like this inspired me to be even more opened minded there's limitless things to make not only what you see you just have to let your mind flow.
As an artist i envisioned and thought out how i wanted it to look i ended up changing it but wished i would have finished how i planned for it to turn out.
As an artist i expressed what i like i like The Nightmare Before Christmas a lot and i like Monsters inc and Spongebob and i like how the monster created by Frankein Stein looks awesome but i expressed what i like on my pumpkin there is many more i like but they wouldn't all fit. As an artist i reflected along the way i asked if it looked like my sketch and they gave me their opinion and when i drew on the pumpkin i took the spray paint off so it looked orange from the pumpkin and they said it looked cool like that as well. As an artist I envisioned how my artwork would look but I did change it a lot throughout the process. At first I wanted to draw a man and a women ripping their faces off and then using watercolor and ink to make it seem like a dark colorful picture, but ended up only drawing a face and making it be actually meaningful to me and making it about something else.
As an artist I developed craft although I have already used grafite I use to mark really hard and I learned now how to shade in different parts to make it look more realistic. As an artist I expressed my thoughts and changed my artwork completely and made it be something meaningful. I put the word silence and made swirls of thoughts around it and bad things that have happened in the thoughts. I feel that people see bad things happening and instead of saying it and speaking out they stay silent. |
